The three holy B's: bourbon, braised, beef

Had one of Sara's work friends over for dinner on Friday and had a great time and much food and wine.

Did bourbon pomegranite beef short ribs, garlic mashed potatoes (again) and sauteed broccoli.

It was good and the leftovers were even better.
